When you hire us to write your project, you get the guarantee that the content will be high quality and error free. In some cases, if you are not satisfied with our services then we are liable to provide up to 3 free revisions within 15 days of delivery. But if you are still not satisfied we are liable to refund a percentage depending on nature of the task.

1.1: The company is liable to provide a 100% refund to the customer if the customer has made the payment twice for one order by mistake or by any glitch. In that case the customer will get a full refund and we will only charge one payment for one order.

1.2: The customer will also get a full refund if there is more than 30% plagiarism in the order. The customer must attach a valid UK Turnitin plagiarism report with the request. Note that customers must submit a proof of plagiarism to get a refund.

1.3: If the customer finds significant grammar and spelling mistakes or the mentioned requirements and instructions are not fulfilled in the delivered order, we can change the writer for the customer for free. However this does not fall under our refund policy.

1.4: After 3 free revisions if the problem is not resolved than the company is liable to provide up to 30% refund to the customer. To avail this refund the customer must provide detailed feedback and proof.

1.5: If the customer cancels the order and opens a ticket to refund before we assign the writer for them, then the customer will get 80% refund. But the terms and conditions will be applied.

1.6: If the writer is assigned for the order and the email has been generated by the writer and then the customer ask for a refund, in that case the customer can get up to 70% refund.

1.7: If the customer wants a refund after the writer has provided a draft of the order and proceeds it on with further work then the customer will get a partial refund for up to 50%.

1.8: If the order is completed but not yet sent to the customer and the customer wants to cancel it, then the customer may only get a 25% refund for that order.

1.9: After the delivery of a complete order the customer will not be able to cancel and demand a refund. Except the conditions mentioned in 1.2 of the refund policy.

1.10: The refund policy does not apply for the orders that has deadline less than 48 hours. The only refund that they can get will be in conditions mentioned in 1.1 and 1.2 of the refund policy.

1.11: In case of Dissertation, if you are not satisfied, you can get a refund if the delivery deadline is longer than 10 days.

1.12: The claim of the refund is only acceptable after taking three revisions by the client and is still disapproved.

1.13: The refund will be made within 21 working days because the QA and finance department needs verification including bank processing time.

1.14: Requests for correction, either a small, will be taken as a revision and that amount will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

1.15: If the company fails to provide a specific writer for your order, that is very rare, then we can provide a full refund to the customer.

1.16: Note that; to get full or partial refund you must apply for refund to our website or email. You will not get a refund without applying for it.
