Our Agreement

When you order for our academic writing services you agree to our terms and conditions. Read our terms and conditions carefully so that you know about our agreement and there will be no inconvenience.

UK Academic Help as an Agency

When you hire us for your writing project we act as an agency. According to our agreement, we are liable to provide high-quality work with all the requirements within a given time frame.

We are entitled to refuse any order if we do not have any suitable expert for that particular order. However, we will provide a full refund for your payment in that case. If you are not satisfied we will take all the necessary action to ensure you are satisfied.

Provide Information

To place an order at UK Academic Help, the customer must accurately provide original information like email and contact number. If the customer fails to provide the correct information, the order will be canceled.

Describe Requirements

The customer has to provide all the requirements regarding the project and he also needs to attach all the sources and related documents.

If the customer has library excess, he can provide it to the writer to help him get any information that is important for your project. However, this is an optional feature you may or may not provide access.

The customer has the right not to provide any library excess, and our writer will search for the information himself.

Make Payment

To confirm the order the customer has to pay the full amount. However in some cases after mutual discussion, a discounted link can be generated if available; other than that the customer has to pay the full amount.

Instalment Option

In case, you cannot make full payment in advance you can ask our customer representative for the instalment option. We can provide instalments to the customers. The customer has to make the first payment at the time of placing the order. In a while, the second instalment will be paid after the first draft of the order is received.

Contact Writer

After confirming your order and providing all the details, the customer will be directed to the assigned writer. The customer can directly communicate with the writer about the project. The customer can guide and discuss the details of the order directly. Also, the customer can provide any helping material or documents.

Moreover, if the customer is not satisfied with the assigned writer he can communicate with our customer support team and we can arrange a newwriter for you according to your requirements.

Samples Permission

After the completion, you will have to agree to our privacy policy. We will ask you to use your project for Quality assurance purposes. Only the extract of your paper will be shared on our website as a sample for other clients.

However, the copy of your extract will be fully protected and no one will be able to copy or distribute it.

Delivery Process

On-Time Delivery

If you order our academic writing services, we will be liable to deliver your order by the deadline. However, in some unexpected situations like natural disasters, changes in writer, or last-minute changes, the delivery can be delayed but not cancelled.

Email Delivery

Upon completing the order, we deliver it to the email provided by the customer who fills in the order form. The customer is responsible for downloading the order from the provided email. The order may be in the spam folder if the customer uses firewalls. The customer must check and download the order on time. The company will not be liable if any problem occurs from the customer’s ISP.

Progressive Delivery

At special request from the customer, we can deliver the project in different parts. All the parts will be delivered on time according to their deadlines.

The deadline for approval and revision may vary from 24 to 72 hours. The customer agrees to stay in touch with the assigned writer by going for the progressive delivery option. The customer will provide the writer with on-time response and feedback.

If the customer does not respond promptly, delivery time will automatically be extended. The customer needs to approve all the parts progressively as they are completed.

There are certain limitations to the progressive delivery option. This policy does not apply to orders less than $200. Also, it is not applied to orders that have a deadline of 8 hours to 3 days.

It only applies to orders larger than $600 and with a deadline of more than 7 days. However, if your order is smaller and you still want progressive delivery, you can talk to our customer representatives, who will find a way out for you.

Request Samples

When we assign you a writer you get the chance to request for the writer’s samples. $5 will be charged for this service and you will get to see the previous samples written by the assigned writer.

Samples are not selected manually they are generated automatically so they may contain images, graphs, and other stuff along with the return content.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work, you can request to change the writer within 2 hours. You can request to change your writer up to three times for one order. A new writer will be assigned for your convenience.

You will have 2 hours to assess the samples and you cannot copy or distribute any content from the samples they are only for Quality assurance purposes.

Revision Policy

We are here to make your writing process easier. We try our best to satisfy our clients to the maximum.

Free Revisions

The company is liable to provide up to 3 free revisions on every order within 15 days of delivery. There will be no hidden charges for the revisions.

Payed Revisions

If the customer wants a revision after 45 days of delivery, including 15 days of free revision, the customer will pay extra charges for the division. The extra charges are only for late revisions and not for revisions under 15 days.

Set Time frame

The customer can also set a time frame for the revision and the writer will have to complete the revision within the decided time frame.

Additional Words

In case the customer asks for an additional number of words or significant changes then the writer can ask for extra charges according to the requirements of the customer.

Refund Policy

Twice Payment Glitch

In case the customer experiences a server glitch and makes the payment twice for the same order the company will refund the extra charges and only take one payment for one order.

Full Refund

The company will provide a full refund if more than 30% federalism is found in the order.

Note that the customer will have to prove the plagiarism through turnitin plagiarism check report any other report will not be accepted and the refund will not be made without any proof.

Partial Refund

Upon receiving the order if you find major grammar and spelling mistakes, any structural mistakes, or the requirements are not fulfilled we can change the writer free of cost for you and he will redo your order.

However, if the issue is not resolved after three revisions, we offer a partial refund to the customer for the inconvenience.

80% Refund

If the customer has just made the order and the writer has not assigned to the customer yet the customer can request the refund and he will be provided an 80% refund.

70% Refund

If the order process is in the early stages and only the initiating email is sent by the assigned writer to the customer, the customer can request a partial refund and that will be a maximum 70% not more than that.

50% Refund

If the writer has sent the draft to the customer and then the customer requests for a refund the customer will be refunded up to 50% of the charges.

25% Refund

If the writer has completed the customer’s order but the customer wants a refund before it is delivered then the customer can get up to 25% refund.

No Refund

The refund policy does not apply to the customer who has ordered for less than 24 to 48 hours of delivery. They can only get a refund in case their payment was made twice or they had 30% or more plagiarism.

Money Back Guarantee
